An ideal tool for dressing the grinding wheels.

Fundamental is the choice of the diamond to be used and its characteristics, which must depend on some main factors:

diameter, band width and type of wheel to be dressed
dressing parameters and conditions
removal for each step of the dressing

This tool provides a good degree of regeneration of the grinding wheel

However, the diamond tends to lose its optimum cutting qualities, bit by bit as the tip tends to flatten.

For this reason we recommend, once the tip is flattened, to regenerate the diamond through resetting.

DIAMOND TYPE
There is a wide range of diamond varieties that can be used for this type of product.
For this reason the choice of the correct size and quality of the diamond is important in order to find the right balance between the cost and quality of the product.

Correct positioning of the dressing
In order to get the best use of the dressing tool, it must be positioned in the following way:

with an inclination between 5° and 10° in regard to the axis of the grinding wheel
with the tip of the diamond dressing at the center of the grinding wheel
