Concretion dressers are created using the same principles as multiple dressers, but with the difference that in this case, instead of a limited number of diamonds, a very high number of diamond grains are inserted.
This type of dressing provides:
- constant dressing for the tools duration; all this is possible because the diamond grains which are consumed are constantly being replaced by subsequent ones, offering a continuous and precise cut
- a smooth surface and well sharpened by the dressed grinder
Concretion dressers are made with different diamond particle sizes and different degrees of concentration, which obviously vary depending on the characteristics of the grinding wheel that must be dressed.

- Fine-grained grinders
- A single profile or the V profile of the grinder thread
