Even for knife dressers in synthetic diamond the great advantage is that it can be used from beginning to end without any change in its performance, and without needing to manoeuvre the tool at all during its duration.
They are generally used with CNC for the production of large batches.
The number and type of synthetic diamonds that are inserted into knife dressers vary depending on the type and dimensions of the grinder that must be dressed, as indicated in the table below
